Optional Add-Ons for Sponsors and Exhibitors
SESSION SPONSOR
10-minute presentation before educational session and signage in meeting room. This presentation can include in-person, video, and leave behind handouts or collaterals.
Can be a commercial or someone speaking for 10min.
PEN SPONSOR
Provide pens with your logo for each attendee at FORWARD 19. Pens will be placed in all meeting rooms for didactic lectures and in giveaway bags for attendees.
VIDEO INTERVIEW
10 minute interview via webcast that will be edited to include company name, logo and contact information. This will be shared on 2K19 social media and 2K19 YouTube Channel. Sponsor will be provided with link of interview to stream as well as final video file.
WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSOR
One of the most highly anticipated events during the weekend is the Friday-night Welcome Reception
in the Expo Area.
You'll have an opportunity to be recognized from the stage, briefly provide a welcome message to the attendees from the podium and have your signage displayed prominently throughout the night. You'll also be included in pre- and post-event marketing as the "Welcome Reception Presented by"
LUNCH SPONSOR
On Friday and Saturday, we will be offering lunch on-site for attendees. Your company will be the
named sponsor of the luncheon "stations" where attendees will fuel up for the remainder of the day.
Your "meal/snack" stations will be placed prominently with signage throughout the entire day of your
sponsorship. Snacks, drinks, lunch will all be representative of your brand. *Option to provide branded
cups or napkins if desired*
